  예천군 수상(醴泉郡 基金運用 成果分析 全國 優秀自治團體 選定) [記事] : 예천군이 2011년도 지방자치단체 기금운용 성과분석 결과 전국 우수 자치단체로 선정되어 행정안전부장관 기관표창을 받았다. 예천군은 이번 기금운용 성과분석에서 세입구조, 세출관리, 재정관리, 투명성 등 4개 분야 12개 지표분석 및 성과분석 자료의 충실성 등을  종합한 결과, 전국 상위 10%로 S등급을 받아 우수자치단체로 선정되었다. 행정안전부가 이번 전국 자치단체를 대상으로 실시한 기금운용 성과분석 평가에서 우수지자체로 선정된 곳은 군부 9개 단체다.  예천군은 어려운 재정 여건 속에서도  효율적이고 투명한 기금운용이 높은 점수를 받았다. 또, 기초생활자활기금, 식품진흥기금, 재난관리기금 등 6개 기금을 운용함에 있어 기금별로 위원회를 개최하여 낭비성 지출을 줄여 계획적으로 운영하였고 고유목적 사업비 확대, 수혜자 선정기준의 투명화 등 기금 운용에 최선의 노력을 다하여 왔다.(醴泉인터넷放送 2012-05-25 오전 11:20:46)

  예천성당 : 천주교 예천성당(주임신부 이희정 요셉)이 설정 80주년을 맞아 예천군문화회관 대공연장에서 감사미사 및 축하식을 거행하였다. 이날 감사미사에는 권혁주 요한 크리소스토모 안동교구장님을 비롯하여 두봉 전 교구장님, 본당 역대신부님들과 예천 출신 신부님들 등 교구 신부님들, 예천 출신 수녀님들을 비롯한 교구 수녀님들, 본당 신자들, 변철남(전 예천신문사 회장, 초대 성모회장의 아들) 님을 비롯한 재경예천교우회원님들, 교구평신도협의회(회장 정동진, 풍양 동래 석문의 종손, 필자의 4촌매부) 회원 등이 행사장을 가득 메웠다. 또한 이한성 국회의원, 이현준 군수, 정희융 문화원장, 전영섭 불교정법회장 등 지역 각급 기관단체장들도 참석해 기쁨을 함께 했다. 천주교 안동교구장 권혁주 요한크리소스토모 주교님의 주례로 봉헌된 제1부 감사미사(사회 조현진 요한 금구, 아버지가 본당 설정 최초의 영세자) 중에 견진성사(63명)가 있었고, 강론에서 주교님은 “예천본당이 1932년에 설정되어 80주년이 되었음을 축하하며, 80년 동안 이땅, 이곳에서 세상의 빛과 소금 역할을 해오고 있다... 김영필 본당신부님 때 성전에 불이 나서 교우들이 애태워하였으며, 전임 이영길 신부님은 외국에서까지 슬픈 편지를 보냈었는데, 새로운 성전을 곧 봉헌하였고, 앞으로도 주님 보시기에 좋은 공동체가 되기를 바란다”고 말씀하셨다. 예천성당은 1932년(초대 주임신부 이기순 도밍고) 설립된 후 1994년 2월 18일 화재로 불탔으나 모두가 합심하여 이듬해 6월 신축 성전 봉헌식을 가졌으며, 그동안 5천여 명이 세례를 받았다. 제2부 축하식(사회는 강성호 놀벨또)에는 본당 설정 80주년 준비 경과보고(함창훈 라파엘 총무부장), 신자들의 묵주기도 80만단 봉헌서 봉헌(김남숙 엘리사벳 여성연합회장), 성경(신약*신구약) 필사 봉헌(필사 본인), 사목회장 인사말씀(장국희 보니파시오), 내빈축사(이한양 교구평협회원, 호명면 출신, 안동 한양산부인과의원 원장), 이현준(군수), 이한성(국회의원), 성가대 특송, 아나빔 관악 합주단 합주(2곡)로 진행되었다. 그리고 마지막으로 기념품(수건) 배분이 있었다. 제3부 친교의 시간은 저녁식사 후 나눔의 집에서 가졌는데 진행은 강성호 놀벨도였다. 저녁식사는 꾸리아실(사제와 내빈), 교사실(수녀), 나눔의 집, 등나무, 정자, 마당(신자)에서 하였다. 기타 사진 촬영은 윤희오 비오, 이철재 괄베르또, 영상 촬영은 풍기교우, 성가대는 김세용 대장이 맡았다.(作成 張炳昌 예천성당카페 예천성당역사 2012.5.25)
